The Idaho Liberty League provides independent analysis of Idaho legislation based on its real-world impact on Idaho citizens. Our scoring methodology evaluates bills for citizen impact and public benefit, fiscal responsibility, constitutional durability, limited and effective government, local control, and drafting quality.

Our goal is simple: look beyond political labels, sponsors, and ideology to ask whether legislation is constitutional, accountable, fiscally responsible, and likely to work.
